Copy values on multiple rows like a vlookup

Hi, 

I am trying to create a flow that updates a SQL table anytime a user changes a specific field. The automation should recognize that if the cell "Action" contains the string "All", then it should copy the value from the columns "Action" and "Note" and paste it into all the rows containing the same Order ID.

I hope that the below screenshot clarifies what I am trying to achieve.

Show us what you've tried by placing screenshots of your flow into the original question (not a reply) so that folks can have more context to what you're trying to do.

Also ... where is this 'field' that is being changed, what is being monitored? Could that information actually be better kept somewhere else?
