Copying to a Shared Drive

I am trying to build a simple flow that monitors my Outllok inbox for any maill from my personal email address and has attachments. If it does then the flow should run (which it does) and copy the attachment to the shared drive.

I have connected the shared drive location and it was successful but the flow keeps failing. Any ideas?

Hi @Dhiran,

Could you please share a screenshot of your "Copy file" action's configuration?

The error told that there is a invalid input parameter in "Copy file" action.

I don't think "Copy file" action could achieve your needs, please consider take a try with the following workaround:

  1. Add "When a new email arrives" trigger.
  2. Add "Apply to each", input parameter set to output of above trigger.
  3. Add "Create file" action, specify Folder path.

The flow works successfully as below:10.JPG

Hi @v-xida-msft(Kris),

I have tried this and the local copy to personal pc works, so thank you, but I would like to copy this to a mapped drive on my pc or even a UNC path name but  both show an error when trying to select the filesystem of invalid credentials.

Hi @Dhiran,

The error message told that you don’t have access to the folder with the credentials that you provided for the connection. Please check if you have provided a proper credentials for the connection to File System connector.

Best regards,

Kris
