After a response is submitted to a Form, an email is sent with an attached excel file from SP. In the sent email, the excel file is corrupted. How do I fix this?

By looking at your image it seems you are adding the "Body" and not file content in the attachment part of send email v2.
Attachment content should be the "File content" from Get file content.
