Create Column - Managed Metadata

I want to create lists, libraries, and columns using REST in flow. I can create the standard FieldTypes - single-line text, choice, etc.

But two of my columns are managed metadata and I haven't found a way to do this yet. Is this possible?

Thank you so much for that link, and I used it to create columns initially. But it doesn't cover creating a managed metadata column. Would the body not be different?
