Create File Error

Please help. I can't for the life of me understand what is causing this error. Everything is identical to another flow I have that works fine. Thank you. Photos to follow.

The response to partial content upload request was not valid. The returned range header value 'bytes=0-73690' is not in the expected range of '0-71641' with unit set to 'bytes'.

"If the file is less than 10MB, try to disable "Allow chunking" in the Create File action advanced properties"
