Create Flow to Send daily an Excel Sheet

Hi all,

I have an Excel Sheet on Sharepoint which gets every day some new entries.

I would like to send these new entries every day as an attachment. So, basically, I don't want to send the whole spreadsheet, but only those where a certain date field = today.

Anyone an idea how to do so?

Cheers

My suggestion is to have a second Excel file with all the tables you need, but with no rows. THis second excel file would act as a "Template"

Your flow will execute daily, read the target rows from your original excel, add them to the Excel Template. Once done, yuo can do a copy of the Template File and add it as an attachment. Please also remember to remove the rows added to the Template once email is sent.

The reason to add and remove rows on the Excel template (with a well known File Name) is because "Excel (Business)" connector action blocks currently allows you to select a file from the picker, but choosing a dynamic content in the "File" field to select a file is something not supported in Microsoft flow "Excel (Business)" connector yet.

You can vote for this idea to be implemente here:

Hope this helps
