I am trying to create an HTML table, which can be then displayed in an email. This isn't a problem, and is simple enough to do.
The issue I'm having is with the formatting of the values within the table.
The values are all pulled from a SharePoint list, and most values look as expected in the table, but all those values, which come from fields had selectable options are being displayed with lots of other info, which makes it unreadable.
As an example, in one cell, the value ought to be "Completed" but instead it's "{"@odata.type":"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference","Id":1,"Value":"Completed"}"
Any guidance would be really appreciated.
Can you take a look and see if the there is another option in Dynamic properties for your column/field that is followed by the word "Value". If so, try using it.
In my example, I have a SharePoint choice column called DueValue. I would want to select DueChoice Value for inclusion in the table.
If this solves you problem, please mark your question as Solved.

Thank you for that suggestion, that works a treat for some of the fields.
However, some others don't have an "x value" version available. In instances such as those, what's the best way of dealing with it? Is it possible to generate a 'value' version?
What types of columns are are you having this issue with?
Interestingly all the 'choice' column types are fine apart from those, which allow for multiple selections.
Hi @ DataDaemon,
Does your problem be solved?
Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?
Could you please share a screenshot of your sharepoint list and details about each column's type in the list?
Could you please explain more details about your issues?
Do you have problem on the choice type column which allow for multiple selections?
I have made a test on my side, and couldn't find a solution to create an html table with a choice type column which allow for multiple selections.
I afraid that it is not supported in microsoft flow currently.
If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:
