Create Item for a Lookup Column

Hello,

I am trying to build a flow for copying some values from a SharePoint Excel Spreadsheet to a SharePoint List.
When Excel is modified -> create new item in SharePoint List.

The problem is that I am not able to insert a value from Excel in SharePoint List as one of my list's column is a Lookup Column.

Any ideas how should I proceed?

Thank you for your reply, @ChristianAbata.

My mistake, the trigger is "When a file is created or modified". Here is my Flow:

Last two columns are Lookup columns.

Any idea how should I insert the corresponding ChildKpi and Team from Excel File ?
