Create / Modify Excel file based on sharepoint folder

All, 

I have a Power Automate flow that collects data submitted from a timesheet Power App. The flow exports data into a CSV file in our SharePoint site. 

I would like the flow to check if a file is already created under the File Name,

- If file does not exist then create the file "timesheetexport_EmployeeID.CSV

- IF file does exist then update the file with latest data.

any suggestions how to appraoch?
