Hello everyone,
Did anyone seen below error before? I am trying to create MSTeam channel using "Create channel" connector in FLow. It was able to retrieve right Team ID, but whiel creating channel it is throwing below error.
code: Forbidden
Message: Failed to execute skype backend request get threadrequest".
FYI - I am using Serviceaccount to run this flow.
Does the flow account needs to be added as Owner before creating a Channel or do we need to make this service account as Teams administrator to perform this?
I have used this account to create a Team through HTTP call using graph API, but not sure how can we create Channel based up on a text field that user enters when they request a team creation.

Hi @Anonymous ,
The 403 error appears when the flow has authentication failures, please check if you have the permission on this operation.
Hope the link below could help you troubleshoot flow error:

@v-alzhan-msft, I am using this account to create MSTeam using HTTP which works fine. It does have right access for that environment. But channel creation I am using "Create channel" connector instead of Http. DO you think this account needs Teams admin role to perform that?
Hi @Anonymous ,
Yes, I think the admin permission is needed.
