Create Outlook Events - parameters are ignored

I'm trying to send non-blocking event notifications.

I set the following parameters in the Create Event Action:

Show As = 'Free'

Reminder = ''

Response Requested = 'false'

Importance = 'low'

Is All Day Event = 'true'

But some of those parameters were ignored, except All Day Event and Response Requested. See bolded I/O below

Also, I didn't see a way to Disallow New Time Proposals

Apparently, it changed my timezone as well, but apparently TZ is irrelevant for all-day events, because the event shows up fine on my calendar
