Create Planner Tasks Automatically from a Sharepoint List

Hi all, I am trying to use flow to once a month upload items in a sharepoint list to planner as task.

In one group I have different plans for each client. These clients are listed in the column 'Clients' in sharepoint. I want to use flow to create a task in a new bucket every month. I have a variable that automatically generates the bucket name to be 'Month [next month]' and I want the tasks to automatically populate to that bucket. I have no issues creating the bucket, but I can not create the tasks.

This is what I have so far but I can't get it to consistently work. What I want to happen is that if the Sharepoint list item has 'Lorenda', then create the task in Lorenda's bucket. 

After I solve that issue I then want to upload the due date, file location url, comments and assignee from the sharepoint list to the planner tasks. I believe I can do the assignee using the Office 365 User Profile, but I can't get the date to transfer correctly or add the comments or file location.

 

Please help.
