Create SharePoint item with incremental integer ID # every time?

Hi all,


I am trying to create a new SharePoint item in a list every time an email is sent. I have all the other parts of the Flow working correctly but had a question about something.


When the Flow finally creates the SharePoint item, I need a way for it to make it unique to other items in the list, for example:


Let's say it is a daily flow every 24 hours - everyday when a record is created I would like for one of the text fields in the item to say "J" followed by a number of occurences. So if this week was the first - next Monday should be J8, then the following Monday would be J14 and so on so on - I.E. J+1...+1...+1.


Any idea on how I can do this? Thanks.

Increment variable would be a good choice for your scenario.
