Create a PDF with html data from PowerApps

Hi,

I am in the process of building a Flow to create a PDF file based on data entered by users in PowerApps.

To create my PDF file, I need to use an image (the logo of my company) which is stored in a folder on my OneDrive. Everything works fine when I use the flow. However, when my colleagues try to use it, the flow stops and I get an error which says "Action 'Get_file_content_using_path' failed" when trying to access the logo in my OneDrive.

I shared the Flow, the OneDrive and the file with my colleagues.

Any help would be appreciated!myflow.png

Hi @alexlrca,

Do they have access to this folder in your OneDrive for business?

If yes, please checks the connection of the OneDrive for Business on your colleagues' sides whether valid. If these are invalid, please verify these connections or recreate a new connection.

Hi @v-litu-msft ,

The image file is located in /PowerApps/Template/image.png.

My colleagues have direct access to both folders (PowerApps and Template) and are set as owners. They also have direct access to the image file. I checked this by doing a right click on the folders/file and then "Manage Access" (giving you as much details as possible).

I checked on the OneDrive of my colleagues, and the image file is there, on the "Shared" folder.

I also shared my Flow with my colleagues and tried to modify it on their accounts. They were able to access the image and the path to it was the one from my OneDrive folders (/PowerApps/Template/image.png) and not through the "Shared" folder.. Then, we tried to relaunch the Flow but it still wouldn't work..

Best regards,
