Create a document in One Drive for Business

Hello everybody,

I have a SharePoint list (In this list we store info about contracts) with a column type "Multiple lines of text (enhanced rich text".   We use this column to insert a link to the contract which is stored in a  SharePoint library.

I have the following scenario:

1. 1 month before the contract reach the due date

2. The flow must send an email to a person who should decide if the contract can be ended or it should be prolonged

What I need, is to be able to send via email the document which is stored in SharePoint library.

The common information between the SharePoint list and the SharePoint library is the Title and File name.

I manage to send the email, but I cannot create the document on One Drive and attach it to the email.

Any idea, would be more than welcome!

Thank you!

I have tried this, but it is not working at this moment.

First I need to pick-up the file (from the SharePoint library) which is related with record from the SharePoint list.

Hi @claudia ,

Could you please share the run history of the flow?

I find that you miss a space in the expression:

Please add the space and let me know if the issue still exists.

Alice

Thank you for your answer @v-alzhan-msft.

I have added the space, but the output from Get files is null

Thank you Alice ( @v-alzhan-msft )

Indeed, the Filename with extension does not exist in the library, so:

In Get files (properties only) I added in the ODATA filter: FileLeafRef eq 'Name.pdf' (the "Name" from the list).
