Create a flow that sends an email to users in a sharepoint list based on a condition

Hello guys,

I'm new into PowerAutomate and I want to create a flow that sends an email to users in a sharpoint list based on a true/false condition.

All employees who have a tick in the "Frühstücksmobil" field should receive an email.

I have already created a flow that works, but only for up to 100 users. (We have 136 employees in a list) After that the user doesn't get any emails. I suspect that the query is too big and I have to work with ODATA Query. But I don't know how this works

This is how it looks like untill now:

The flow is triggered by a button in another sharepoint list.

I get this error in my debugger:

It would be very kind if you can help me with this problem. How can I adjust the flow?

Hello @PowerUser3000 ,

if you expand the 'Get items' action (with German name in your case) there's a possibility to go to 'Advanced options'. That'll show you another field in the action 'Top Count' (again, in your flow it'll be probably in German). Type in some high number, e.g. 1000 in that field.

The action tells you that by default it'll return all items, but that's not true, it'll return only 100, unless you manually define higher 'Top Count'.
