Create a flow that will upload or update a list from excel which includes Date column, supplier column and expiry date and finally email

Hi All 

I am really struggling getting this flow to work I think it might be best to start from the beginning I would like a flow where an excel list is uploaded/updated daily the columns include an expiry date, which is formatted as a date, a column for email addresses and supplier column which wont always be unique. I assume I would use the Unique Id to keep track of what to update however I am not sure how I would do that. I have tried to create this but there are so many errors that i think it best to start again. 

There is also a second part which is that I would like another flow to look at any expiry which are within 30 days and email from the corresponding column and finally to log the number of times an email has been sent. 

I know its a lot but any help is much appreciated.
