Create a flow to delete an item if the attachment is missing

Hi, 

I am trying to find a solution from Power Automate to delete an item if use forgot to attach the attachment, Because I could not find any option from SharePoint it self to block it. 

Can someone help me out?

Add a condition

on the left side include Has Attachments on the trigger

on the right side click and then click expression and type false

on the yes branch, add a delete item and insert the ID of the item from the trigger
