I am basic user of Flow/CRM and I hope someone can help me.
all I want to do is when an email arrvies in inbox, I want a case to be created in CRM automatically. can this be done automatically?
I have created a flow but I am stuck in setting the Customer field. the customer field is a lookup field in CRM under Accounts Entity. I want this to be a specific account "support case - unassigned"
The mailbox is a shared mailbox.
Any help will really be appreciated.
Did you mean that specific account "support case - unassigned" does not work in this flow?
