Create a list of modifications to make

Hi, I'm new using Microsoft Flow,
I'd like to know if there is a way to show a list of modifications to make and choose them to email back as a feedback instead of the comments box when a project is rejected.
Thanks for helping.

Re: Create a list of modifications to make

@RicardoMedina2:

Unfortunately, you can't pre-populate the Approval comments box with a pick list.

You'll need to attack this in some other way.  For example, add an additional choice column to the document library that allows for the selection of more than one option.  The approver can be instructed to update that column if he/she will be rejecting the document.

Re: Create a list of modifications to make

Can you provide more detail please on your requirement?  For example, when you say "when a project is rejected", where is the project request entered?  SharePoint?

Re: Create a list of modifications to make

Yeah, I'm making a flow to approve a document with sharepoint. What I want is that after my boss reject the project instead of the comments box it can appear a list of modifications where he can choose and after that they're sent to me.
