Hi,
I create a flow to notify each person in the hierarchy when someone creates a purchase in Dynamics 365 FO.
A person can have 1 manager, another one 2 or 3 ... it all depends on the person who creates the purchase.
Until now, I always put the same actions several times in my flow...
First, I get the position of the manager to report to. Then, I get his email and send him a message.
But, the flow is in error if there is no manager than 3 (in this example), and if there are more than 3, I must add 3 new steps...
How can I handle that by using a loop in my flow?
I tried the action "Do until", but if I put it before the step 'Is there a manager', I can only see the results from previous steps, so I don't know if it is the right Action to use.
As you can see, I also added a condition (Yes there is no manager to report to, THEN I don't send a message), but it doesn't solve my loop's issue to make a better flow.
