Create a meeting invite after time off request is approved

I have created a flow for the time-off request workflow. it works, however, I need to add an action to send a Meeting Request to a group calendar. This is not a SharePoint List Calendar, it's just a group calendar that all team members can access via their Outlook. Is this possible?

Yes, you can use the Create Event (v4) action. Here is info on it at Office 365 Outlook - Connectors | Microsoft Docs. You must have permissions to create events in the calendar for this to work.

I was actually using that one, but the Group Calendar is not available here. Screenshot 2022-07-28 134721.png

Did you check to make sure you have the correct permissions on the calendar (you must be able to create events)?  Is the calendar listed in your Outlook under calendars? If not, open Outlook and go to the calendars tab and right click on My Calendars, which will open this menu so you can add it:

Note, if you do need to add it, it may take a few hours before it shows up in Power Automate.

I created a Group Calendar myself, so I must have the right, I assume. I just added this calendar the way you explained, however still not showing under My Calendar, if that's what is required.

Our Active Directory admins have to create group calendars in our AD environment, but if that is what you did and you made yourself an owner with edit permissions it should work.
