Create daily summary to the user about overdue item in sharepoint list

Hi, I'm trying to setup a flow to send a daily summary to the colleague for overdue items.

Below is the list for testing,

I want the flow to send a email of summary. I've refered to the other post in the communicty, and able sorted out the overdue item.

But I don't know how to filter the email from the list and send email according it.

Could anyone advice how to do it?

Thank You very much in advance.

Hi @Alvin_Leung ,

Could you share the details of Flow configuration? Especially the part of the error.

It seems that there is no problem with the above part of Compose. You could do the following configuration under Send Overdue Summary To me as follows.

If you want to filter the email address and enter in To field of Send an email action, you could use the following method.

Use array variable to store the filtered email address, then use union() function to remove duplicate elements, and finally use join() function to separate the email address with a semicolon.

Expression:

item()['Email']
join(union(variables('Email'),variables('Email')),';')

Please take a try.
