Create empty file

When wanting to create a file with the content of another file hosted in another sharepoint library, the file is created empty, what is the problem?

When wanting to create a file with the content of another file hosted in another sharepoint library, the file is created empty, what is the problem ?

 I get the information of the base file, I save it in a variable.
and then I create the file indicating as the content of the base file

and the empty file is created
