Create entries in entity form by email trigger

Hello good afternoon,

I'm trying to build a flow that is triggered when a email is sent to a specific email box, what I wanted to know was if I can create a new entries in a entity form based in that email body, is it possible?

For example (email body):

Task: A

Site: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

What I want is to create that task for each site

Thank you,

Best Regards.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please explain more details about the entity form that you mentioned? Is it in sharepoint or CDS?

Do you have trouble split the task name and the Site inside the received email body?

You could refer to screenshot below to get the Task and the Site:

Expression in the Compose 2:

substring(last(split(outputs('Compose'),'Task: ')),0,1)

Expression in the Compose 3:

split(last(split(outputs('Compose'),'Site: ')),', ')

Hello good morning @v-alzhan-msft , @ChristianAbata

Thank you for your answers, that seems to work but how can I attribute the specific values that I retrieve from the body to match a specific field in the entity?

A final question, is it possible to save the attachment (if the email have one) one sharepoint  based one the title of the email, for example if the email have the title update save the attachment in a sharepoint folder?
