Hi guys,
I was wondering if you can help me with the following issue.
I have a Powerapp creating a SharePoint list item as an output from a form. This SP list item contains an attachment which I would like to extract and save to a SP document library. Interesting is that the flow firstly creates the file in the library (as expected) and then it fails in the same step 'Create File' with the failure message 'File not Found'.
Please see below:
1.
2.
3. Body = Body from Get Attachments, ID = Get item, id = Get Attachments id nested in Apply to each
3. Create file is a part of the Apply to each above; Title = name of the SP list Item. File Content = Get attachment content (content)
Error desctiption
Any Idea please?
Thank you very much for your tips.

Hi guys,
I figured out the issue and solved it.
The name of the folder in the action 'Create File' -> Field: 'Folder Path' contained the symbol '#' (I assume this is applicable also for other similar symbols). Once the folder was renamed the action was successfully completed.
I appologize for my snips above where this issue could not have been spotted.

Hi @mesan123 ,
Please try to add a Delay action above the Get item action, and execute the following action after a delay of 15 seconds.
In addition, if you use Title as the file name, the file may lose its extension and the file cannot be opened normally.
Best Regards,
Hi @v-bacao-msft ,
Thank you for your feedback.
I tried to add 'Delay' as you mentioned and also used a name of the created file which corresponds the selected attachment type. I still experience the same issue - Output from 'Get attachment Content' seems to be OK, the Input to 'Create File' action seems to be OK too but Output from 'Create File' returns
Error "Create File" Output
Any Idea please?
