Hello,
I am new to Flow and I am able to create a flow that creates a single table with just a few of the fields from a SP list and sends an email when an item is added to the list.
The list is quite long and I would like to break the list down into multiple tables that are sent in one email when an item is added to the list. I have tried searching the internet but could not find anything.
I have added the trigger, Get Items, and Select actions but I am not sure how to proceed from this point.
The select action has just a few of the fields I would like to use to build the tables but there are many more columns.
Thank you in advance for any assistance provided.

If I understand you correctly, you want to create multiple tables from the data from one list item.
I don't believe that you'll need the select.
Use multiple Create HTML Table actions. In the action, click on advanced and select just those columns you want in a given table.

Thank you Scott. That works perfectly. I was overthinking the process.
Hi,
Quick question, if I am trying to send a group of tickets with information for each supplier/vendor based on vendor name, is there a way to do that with one email? The current process I have sends individual emails, but I was hoping I could send one email per supplier with all the information needed in a table.
