I've created a couple different scope sheets for my salesman to submit when they start a new project. The form collects basic customer information as well as information on the project. I would like to create a flow that would make a new folder with the name of the customer collected from the form. I've tried the "Create new file" action from the Onedrive for Business actions but am unable to create just a folder.

There is no any way to create just a folder in onedrive for business in microsoft flow currently.
If you want to create just a folder, you could use "Create file" action to create a file in with the new folder path, and then you could delete the file use "Delete" file action, so you could acheive to create just a folder.

Thank you for getting back to me! I was able to create the folder I needed. I ended utilizing the create file function and created a document with all of the responses as well.
