Create new items instead of updating existing one

Hi Guys!

I have a created a flow where I first Create a new item and later in this flow I need to update it.

However, for the very first time ever, it does not update this existing item! It creates new item with only the new values I wanted to update in specific columns. 

Do you have any idea if I might activated something by mistake?

Hi @Anonymous,

I guess you should use Get items with filter query to find an item with a specific value, and update the item when you find it. If not, create a new item, right?
If so, you can check your Flow running history to see if the running details of this update error item are correct.
