Create records in Salesforce based on criteria

Hi

I have a powerapps workflow which will be used to manage job applicants. The data source is a custom salesforce object called 'candidates'.

If a candidate is successful, the status will be updated to 'successful-offer accepted'. At this point I would like to copy details of the candidate record e.g. name, date of birth etc.. to another salesforce object called 'Employee'

Is it possible to configure this in powerapps so it is completed in the background i.e. the end user does not have to do anything, or do I have to use microsoft flow?

Regards

Re: Create records in Salesforce based on criteria

Hi @ABMensah,

I cannot think of a way to do this in PowerApps but it could be really easily done with Flow. For detailed information about starting a flow in PowerApps, please refer to:
