Create shared calendar events from Planner

Hi,

I am creating an environment where business meetings, audits and the associated documentation are to be accessible in one place.  Tasks are in Planner boards and i have a shared calendar where i have created the below flow to take from Planner and output into the calendar.  My questions are:

1. How do i get round Planner not having times associated to them
2. Before submitted the Planner tasks to the calendar can i create a flow that clears the calendar and then adds the data?
3. Would it better to commit these an event list then view as calendar?

Hi @AnnaJordan ,

For your first question:

The Start time and End time are required column and if there is no any start and end time to input it the columns, you need to input a default time.

For your second question:

Yes, you could refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

For your third question:

It depends on your personal choice.
