I am creating an environment where business meetings, audits and the associated documentation are to be accessible in one place. Tasks are in Planner boards and i have a shared calendar where i have created the below flow to take from Planner and output into the calendar. My questions are:

For your first question:
The Start time and End time are required column and if there is no any start and end time to input it the columns, you need to input a default time.
For your second question:

For your third question:
It depends on your personal choice.
