Create table with orders for each provider

Hi everyone,

I got one problem with my Flow.

The purpose : Send one email for each provider and every email contains informations from the provider and the table with the orders.

I got a table with the list of my providers (and sum(e_credit) which is the sum of the orders)

Then, I want to create a table with every orders from my provider (with each of the e_credit)

I have this piece of Flow :

FLOW.jpg

It doesn't work cause it adds a "each for" loop with my "create a table".

So, how can I do this Flow?

Then, how can I have dates instead of a number (I got 2 dates which are resulted in numbers)

Finally, Does it possible to format the html table? (make lines, bold characters...)

Thank you so much for everyone would try to help me,

Re: Create table with orders for each provider

Hi @Bapt_69

The apply to each is here because you are iterating on each item in the provider list. And from the provider list you are creating an HTML table for each order list.

About the date format: This is a known issue with the excel connector. Two ways to solve this: 1. select the entire column along with the data in excel and change the datatype from date to plain text. 2. use the formula to convert the integer to a date time string : https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Flow-Community-Blog/10-MS-Flow-hacks-troubleshoots-wor...

About the HTML table: in  the action, you cannot directly change anything or customize the table. You can add some customization on the entire table output while ending in email etc.

Hope this Helps!
