Create wiki page when item added to list

When adding an item to a custom sharepoint list, I'd like a flow to run which creates a new page with the title of the page being the title of the item added to the custom list.

I can get as far as the flow setup: When a new item is added in SharePoint, complete a custom action

My list is in the trigger action for When a new item is created

But in the create action option, I add my site link then the actions list doesnt have anything to create a page.

Any ideas if this is even possible? Seems rediculous if it's not.

Re: Create wiki page when item added to list

Hi!

You can create pages using PnP templates from Microsoft Flow. There is an action called Provision PnP template to SharePoint in Plumsail SP connector, which is a part of Plumsail Actions product.

You can find example of creating Modern SharePoint page in this article, but you can use PnP templates to create other SharePoint artifacts as well.

You can create Wiki pages from PnP templates as well. Please review the PnP template schema.

Note, Plumsail Actions is a paid product.

Re: Create wiki page when item added to list

Hi Andy,

In flow, custom APIs offer the ability for users to allow Flow to integrate with any RESTful API service. But we do not have the action to directly create a wiki page.

You could post this idea in the Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.

For more information about creating your custom integrations in Microsoft Flow using our new and improved Custom API experience, please refer to:
