I have build an issue reporting form in SharePoint 365 and using Flow to email stakeholders and autopopulate databases.
The flows themselves are working and routing as they should. My issue is the email sent to the stake holders.
Here is what they SHOULD get.
However... all the emails sent for each condition have MY name, email and department. Not who created the ticket.
I found a field 'submitted by' but it only appears in my first condition. It wont show up as an option for any other condition (conditions are all build the same 'Type of request value' _> contains _> then whatever the type of request is)
Hi @Anonymous ,
Could you share a full screenshot of your flow?
Could you share more details on the “Submitted by” field? I haven’t seen such a field on my side.
What’s the permission users are granted to the list?
I have made a simple flow likes below, whenever users who have Edit permission to the list add an item, the dynamic content “Created by” will be returned as his/her related info.
“Test4” is the creator of the flow, “mabel” is the item creator in the list. When “mabel” add an item to the list, mabel’s name and email address will be displayed.
By the way, when sharing images with us, please remove/hide your personal info for security purpose.
Best regards,
Mabel
Hi @Anonymous ,
Do you have any updates on this issue?
I am looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Mabel
