Creating Planner Task from Sharepoint and Forms submission

I've created a flow trigging off the submission of a form, it then creates a Sharepoint list item (this works) and then should create a Planner task.  It fails each time creating the Planner task with this error:

The request is invalid:
Cannot convert the literal '' to the expected type 'Edm.DateTimeOffset'.

The general consensus that I'm seeing online is to put in an expression of utcNow().  This still triggers the same error.  I've tried a compose function to formatdatetime, and added the Output to the StartTime of the Planner task--same error.

I ended up deleting and re-adding the Planner - Create Task and that randomly worked.

Can you please show also the input from the run history and maybe a screenshot of the flowaction or whole flow from the editor?
