Creating Tab delimited file

Good day Everyone,

I'm creating a flow where I grab data from a source and have to output it to a txt file in tab delimited format.

AS far as I read it appears "\t\" is the character I need to use, but when i put this under file contents it shows literally "\t\"

What would be the way to display the tab character correctly?

Hi @senen ,

Could you share more explanation about your needs?

If you type "/t" directly in the text file, it seems to have no effect.

You could set the tab character as a variable of type string and set its value copying a "tab" from notepad/VS Code (any editor that can enter tab).

Then insert the variable into the contents of the file so that the variable has the same effect as tab.
