Creating Tailored Automatic Result in Forms

I'm attempting to create a survey for my organization, where respondents in Forms will answer questions and receive an automatic result either in the form or emailed to them based on their selections.  Has something like this been done before and is there a way for me to link respondent answers to an excel sheet that will calculate a result and send via outlook email?


I've created a sample of the construct with different information below:

Question 1: Which cola company do you prefer?


-Coca Cola


Question 2: When do you visit fast food restaurants? (Select all that apply)





Question 3: What price range do you intend to pay per item?

So, you want to get a return from Excel table after the MS Form is submitted, what's the data type of the return? And how to calculate it?

Could you please share a screenshot of the excel table?
