Creating a Move Email Flow, Not Showing All Folders When Selecting

I'm trying to create a flow that moves an email when received in Outlook to another folder, but when I'm trying to select the folder to move it to the menu doesn't show all the available sub folders. There are about 100 subfolders and the list I can select from only goes up to about halfway.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Lkrishna,

I cannot reproduce your issue. I just tried and created 80 subfolders inside one outlook folder and all the 80 subfolders show correctly in my Flow. May I know in which action/trigger are you having the issue? How many levels of folder are there before you navigate to the subfolder?

Hi @v-monli-msft

I'm using the Outlook trigger when a new email is received that buased on a subject condition it it then moved to a subfolder. There are 3 levels of folders before I navigate to the subfolders. I just did a quick count and it only displays 100 folders, could the limit be 100?

Hi @Lkrishna,

Yes, the maximum number should be 100. Before it was 50 so we just improved this recently. If you still need more, please consider to submit an idea here:
