I have a weekly appointment to remind myself to start a conversation in a Teams channel asking for a status update. I would like to automate this using Flow if possible. The idea being that when the appointment in my calendar is about to happen, Flow spots this and creates the conversation in the relevant channel.
I have seen a template that is similar to this but it looks for any event that is about to start so it would trigger for every event in my calendar.
Is there a way to make it more specific so that it only triggers for this one event?

Hi @Gary_McCombe,
You could add a condition under the trigger to check if the event is the special one.
For example, you could check if the event's subject is equal to he special one's subject "Meeting" as screenshot below:
Best regards,
Alice
