Creating a distinct array of users, and sending them tasks based off of user

Hello Everybody,

I'm having some trouble completing a flow that 1) creates a distinct array of users based off of assignements available in a sharepoint list 2) sends only one email to the user on that list with their task(s) 3) creates an HTML table and passes to an email to send

I've gone through some of the other forum posts and here's what i've got.

I'm pulling from this test list of mine, here's what it looks like

and here's what i've got for my iteration of the flow, i've copied and pasted some of the formulas on the text fields in order for you to view the entire thing. I've also edited out the url's for safety. You may also have to download the image for full viewing capability.

When I run a test, the flow runs completely and sends an email but the email is empty, and it is sent twice to the individual who is on the sharepoint list. Any suggestions?

Side question: How do you format the time so that it is yyyy-mm-dd? currently I have that (^as shown above) but instead im getting year-minute-day, any way how to get month instead of the minute?

Try this solution John Liu demonstrates at this link As for the side question use the formatdate expression.

On your date side-question, change the mm to MM (caps) and that will fix it.
