Hi Guys,
Im trying to delete a subject field on our Dynamics 365 instance however it is coming up with an error due to some records being linked to that subject.
What im trying to achieve is to create an on demand workflow that changes the subject for a case regardless if its active or resolved.
(Not sure if this is the correct path i should take)
But how do i do this via a flow? How do i reopen a case using Flow and then change the subject and reclose it? Thanks
If you have other suggestions on how i should be approaching this it would be much appreciated. Thanks

You may need to use CDS action to update the status of the case record, update the subject, then update the status of that record again.

Im not seeing any errors yet. Im just not sure how to start the flow, Do you know how i could reopen a case (if needed) and then change the subject on it? and then reclose it?
