Creating a flow to collect data and email responses

Hello all,

I work in a school. I want to record information about lesson observations.

I have created a form to cater for this purpose. Ideally, I would like the information collected to by shared with the teacher being observed. Perhaps via email. 

So far all I have managed to do is get an email sent, but the formatting is horrible and hard to read.

Can anyone advise how I could use Flow to suppor this function?

Can you explain a little more about what you are doing now?  It sounds like you are using Forms to collect data.  How are you currently generating the email?  What additional features are you looking for?

How is your flow created? Could you share a screenshot?

It seems that you are working with a form, is it Microsoft Forms?

How does the email format look like?

I have made a simple test for your scenario, the flow is triggered by Microsoft Forms when a response is submitted, then use an action Send an email to send the details of the form.

In the Send an email action, make sure you have enabled Yes for Is HTML field.
