Creating a flow to move closed list item to another list

We have an action list.  We would like to move the closed actions to a different list upon closure.  The flow created is not working.  Could we receive some help?

From your screenshot, I think you condition just returns false so that all the actions within the If yes branch are not triggered.

The running result screenshot for me does not make any sense.

It is correct that the condition returns false so that the If no branch operates, and there is no action within the If no branch, so it has no result as the screenshot displays.
