The problem started when I tried to copy and paste an add a row action. Now I can no longer make this work at all. This is not a high volume flow.
I am trying to divide one form into 13 different spread sheets for people to work with. This is the best way I know how. If anyone has a better suggestion I am all ears.
Hello @chanshaw
Which license do you have forPower Automate?
also could you share a screenshot of your full flow. Thanks

A5. I have an account owned by a whole state. So all of the flow runs are combined.
I have written many flows with add a row. Some have ran over 10k times. Never had this issue.
Hi @chanshaw
You mentioned this happened when you copied and pasted the action.
Unfortunately this is a bug, could you try creating the action without using the copy paste

Creating action without using copy and paste helped. But I had to do this about 80 times for this flow. Even if i did it without copy paste too quickly I got error. It does not allow me to even search for the excel file. Like it will not look in my directory. This is why i do not think the excel file is the issue. The error occurs even before the excel file is selected. Thank you for all your help
Hi @chanshaw
You are using 80 different Excel actions in the same flow? This is where the API limit is coming from.
Please try and split up the connections. I assume you're using the same connection for all actions. Try changing the connections on some of the actions. For example:
Click the 3 dots on an excel action, click +Add new connection. You can add the same connection, but make sure half of your actions use the first one and the other half use the second (Newly) created one.
