Creating a report of created items

Hello friends,

I am creating a flow for updating or creating items in a sharepoint list from an excel file. Already working tight.

By now I would like to create some kind of report every time the flow runs with the number of items that where created and the number of items that where updated.

What would be a way to count each of this items and store that value??

Re: Creating a report of created items

Hi @LuisGuzman98

Create 2 variables

Variable 1:

Name - ItemsAdded

TYPE: Integer

default value - 0

Variable 2:

Name - ItemsUpdated

TYPE: Integer

default value - 0

Next : after the create item action

use increment variable action

increment the item added variable by 1

also, after the update item action

use increment variable action

increment the item updated variable by 1

After all actions read values for the variables it will give you the counts
