I have been trying to modified the sample PA flow "Create a Planner task when a Microsoft Forms is submitted" so when the requester an submitter of the form files certain field the get applied to the task created automatically. |Specifically I want that when the task is create the priority is based on an input from the form as well as with the notes on planner document the actual activity requested. The "Card! looks like this
I want to be able to:
1. Assign the task priority on the basis of the priority select on the form.
2. Assign the task to that of the person selected on the form.
3. document on the task notes the information of what is the request. Could anyone help please?

Actually, you could directly add the Get response details action and append the data to the task details.
That is exactly want I want to do, but on that "Create Task 2" card there is no "Notes" field.....on which I can input the result form a response.

The screenshot you provided is a task edit page where you could enter notes for the task. However the Create a task action has limit based on this that the Notes field could not display in the fields tab, which is by design.
In addition, the Notes field only appears when you edit it and preview it for details.
Could the form be attached to the planner task using power automate?
