Creating an Email Notification with Tasks from a SPECIFIC Planner Bucket

Is it possible to create a lists of tasks, only from a specified Planner Bucket, to place into the body of an email Notification?

I seem to keep getting trapped in the "Apply to each" wrapper, which only allows me to send an email per task, not whole task list in a single email (I'm using Notifications currently, not the 365 Outlook app, as we haven't move fully to cloud yet).

Possibly there is another App I can use to collect only the tasks I need into a new Output object?

Regards

Steve J

Do you know the Bucket ID?

You could filter your result from the 'list tasks' option based on the bucket ID.

You could create an array and append whatever details from each task to it, then send out your notification at the end with its body created from joining each array item.

Yes, this approach has worked, thank you tutankh! Only moments before you posted I happened to get it working using this exact method as I found it inside of another users' shared flow diagram.

Kind Regards
