Creating an array for all attachements to save as Multiline text in Sharepoint

I am kind of lost here. First time using arrays in flow.

So what I want is I want to be able to save all File Path of all email attachements as a hyperlink in a Multiline text in Sharepoint to be used in Powerapps.

This is what I have so far, I think I am on the right track, but I don't know what I should put in my Json.

As you can see I can't figure out the JSON (if needed) or the Append to array.

Edit: And i can't seem to be able to add pictures for some reasons

I wil try to describe what I have so far

Initialize Variable - FilePath - Array

Apply to each - Attachments

Sharepoint - Create File

Sharepoint - Get File Properties

Parse JSON - Content (Get File Properties)Full Path

Append to array variable - Name FilePath - Value (Parse JSON)Body

I can't figure out what to put in Parse JSON - Schema

Thank you

Hi @yanni99 ,

You could also add a Compose action to save the variable, and then you could add the Compose dynamic content in the multiline field.

Hi!

My suggestion is thefo llowing.

Flow_ParseJSON.png

Please note the labels are in Spanish, when I hover the mouse over them, I can see the following internal names:

[
"FileName": @{body('Get_file_properties')?['{FilenameWithExtension}'],
"Link": @{body('Get_file_properties')['{Link}']
]

Hope this helps

Hi,

Thank you, it seems to be working. But I cannot use my Array variable in my create item/multiline column.  The Variable just doesn't appear.

Any pointers?

Thank you

Hi again!

Try to assign the following expression to your Multiline column

string(variables('outputArray'))

Just replace outputArray and use your variable name insted

Hope this helps
