Creating and updating a planner tasked from Microsoft Form error

We have been using Power automate to Create and update a planner task based on information given in a Microsoft form, but within the last month the flow fails to update the planner task.

Error below:

We have tried a delay of 10 seconds (previous value when it was working) and 1 minute before updating the planner task info.

Can you share a screenshot from your flow definition? Is the error thrown when updating description, dates, assignees, attachments...?

Does your Flow still exist the issue?

The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the web site's server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is.

This is a temporary issue, please refresh it and try it again, and if it still exists, please share some screenshots of your Flow(Please shield key information), we could try to reproduce it.
