Creating flow Office 365 Service AAlerts

 

I'm trying to create a flow based on the following article written by @AlanPs1 : Call Office 365 Service Communications API and Return New Service Health Notices – Part 3.  I have two issues, one issue is that when I use the create HTML Table Flow automatically turns it into a ForEach Loop. The other issue is that the html email messages look like the below when their created. I paste the HTML code in from the blog post into the send an email action and save the flow, but when I edit the flow the HTML is gone. Not sure what to do to resolve these. Hey @AlanPs1, Found the issue. I had misread your original instructions and placed everything under the conditional statement, instead of just putting the terminate action in there. I recreated it and it is now working! Thanks for the help.

 

 

FYI, the template you use in the article was changed by Microsoft. The Get Office 365 Messages Action now includes the Tenant, Client, and Secret ID in its required fields. This allowed me to skip the first several steps in the article as this one action handles it all. I appreciate all the help with this!

Can you please take screen shots of your entire flow up until you get the issue so I can try and see what is causing the issue you mention?

Regars issue 2.

Here is my Send an email from the same Flow, is yours set to HTML and what not?

Seems strange that the HTML disapears every time.

Is it definitely "Send an email" and not the V2 version or anything?

Thanks for the quick Reponse @AlanPs1! Here is the screenshot of my flow. The Send an email action doesn't seem to save the html I put in there, and the create HTML Table automatically converts to a apply for each loop.

This is the exact process (with maybe a small expression tweak perhaps) that so many have implemented and have working with succcess.

 

Yours does look a little diferent and I can't see how you are handling the auth token etc?

When I created the flow it gave me an error telling me the below fields needed to be filled out before it would save. This is inside the Get Office 365 messages. That is where I put the tenant information, ClientID, etc. I can recreating it from scratch and see what it looks like.Annotation 2019-04-26 112825.png

Try making a carbon copy of what I have posted as an auth token required too.

If any issues with Carbon copy, post back and we can go from there.
